Sandusky Witches Walk: A spellbinding tradition that has enchanted our community since 2011. Originally concocted by a group of visionary local businesswomen, the Witches' Walk began as a modest gathering of 20 participants who dressed as witches to liven up a quiet Wednesday night and bring business to the downtown area.Over the years, this simple idea bubbled into a brew no one could have foreseen. By 2014, the Witches' Walk had transformed into a charitable event, raising thousands of dollars for local organizations. Despite challenges, our Opening Spell decrees, "The Witches' Walk shall never die!" And so, we embraced the opportunity to let the event evolve.From the ashes of its former self, the Sandusky Witches' Walk emerged—a trademarked 501c3 and a partnership with the community we cherish. This evolution not only honors our past but also incorporates the pride we have for Sandusky into our very name.So, hold on tightly to your brooms, witches, for the only way to rise is up!
