3:00 -  Ticket Sales & Pick Up begin under the marquee at The State Theatre.

 

 

3:00 - 5:00 - Check in with the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™️ adjudicator under the marquee and enter the containment area for The Walk and the Witches’ Dance.  Once in the area, head to the pirate ship at the top of the hill where you will lineup for the parade.

 You must be dressed like a witch & prepare to do the Witches' Dance to the best of your ability! (Tutorial Video Here) 

*There will be professional dancers at the lineup to help with last minute practice*

 

 

 

5:30 - The GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™️attempts begin with first: The Walk (the parade of costumes that will be the contest as judges will walk amongst us). This is the attempt for the largest witches’ costume contest in the world! Please follow the instructions of the pirates to line up in rows and keep a broom’s width in front of and beside you to give room for The Dance at the end of The Walk.

 

 

 

Following The Walk - The music will begin for the second GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™️ attempt for the largest witches’ dance in the world! The instructional video can be found here. Per the rules of GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™️, we must be dancing for at least 5 minutes. This means we will do the dance twice. It’s ok if you lose your place, just DO NOT STOP. Follow the witches around you and keep going. You do not have to do it well, but it does need to be performed to the best of your ability.

 

 

Once Finished - We will make our final decent upon the cauldron for the annual Witches’ Meeting (instructions for the night) and

the cherished Opening Spell! The judges will have picked the top 10 contestants who will be taken to the Witches' Lair for the interview process. 

 

 

Let the Witching Begin - This is your chance to visit the Cauldron Stops for their enchantments and drop your raffle tickets into 

their cauldrons for your chance to win the grand prize of $2500!

Wonder through our Enchanted Market for trinkets and gifts made magically just for you! 

 

There will be a bus stop behind the main cauldron to take you to The American Legion Post 83

where you can eat, drink, cast spells, and pick up 10 extra raffle tickets and be brought back!

 

You can also find The Peddle Wagon cruising between each cauldron stop should your witches’ boots need a break.

 

The street in front of the cauldron will become a dance floor, so shake it, Witch, while you enjoy the street performers!

 

 

 

10:00 - Gather back at the main cauldron where all raffle tickets will be stirred and one lucky witch will fly away $2500 richer!*

*You do not need to be present but you do need to answer your phone or another ticket will be drawn*
